This interactive in-person course is strategically designed to equip learners with the expertise needed to harness the advantages of FTTH/FTTx networks in enhancing broadband customer service. By optimizing operational costs with training, operators can significantly benefit from this training initiative. Learners will gain a comprehensive understanding of FTTH/PON, distinguishing them from “fiber deep” access networks. They will also learn to identify essential installation/repair equipment and CPE crucial for supporting FTTH networks.
